2. Nature of Licensing

11Exch operates as a compliance-driven affiliate and ID facilitation platform, not as a direct gaming operator.
We:

Function under information & technology intermediary compliance (per the IT Act, 2000).
Partner only with licensed and regulated gaming providers.
Adhere to state and international guidelines on responsible gaming and advertising ethics.

We neither host nor control betting operations — our role is limited to digital access facilitation and affiliate marketing, as clarified in the Disclaimer.

KYC Verification under the AML & KYC Policy.

5. Affiliate Authorization Framework

Each affiliate associated with 11Exch operates under a structured authorization system designed to maintain integrity and user safety.
