5. Expected User Conduct
Every 11Exch user must:

Report bugs, errors, or suspicious activity immediately.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users engaging in such conduct may face suspension or legal action under the Compliance & Security framework.
7. Affiliate Conduct Standards
All 11Exch affiliates must:
Promote ethically under the Advertising & Sponsorship and Affiliate Disclosure policies.
Use only approved creatives, banners, or tracking links.
Avoid false or exaggerated promotional claims.
Disclose affiliate relationships clearly to users.
Adhere to the Compliance & Licensing framework.
Any affiliate found engaging in deceptive practices will be removed from the partner network and blacklisted.
8. Data Integrity & Confidentiality
Users and affiliates must handle all confidential data responsibly.
This includes:
Keeping KYC documents and payment details secure.
Avoiding unauthorized sharing of private or platform data.
Complying with the Data Protection Policy and Privacy Policy.
All violations will be treated as serious breaches under the Security Policy.
9. Communication Etiquette
We expect all users and partners to maintain respectful, civil communication:
No harassment, hate speech, or abusive language.
No sharing of explicit or offensive content.
All feedback or grievances should be shared via the Grievance Redressal system.
Inappropriate communication may lead to restricted access or permanent suspension.
10. Responsible Gaming & Behavior
11Exch promotes Responsible Gaming to prevent addiction or financial distress.
Users must:
Be 18 years or older (as per Age Restriction Policy).
Play within their limits and take regular breaks.
Refrain from impulsive or harmful gaming behavior.

12. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in the following actions:

13. User Responsibility in Promotions
When participating in affiliate programs, contests, or marketing campaigns, users must:
Follow ethical promotion practices.
Avoid spamming or misrepresenting offers.
Use only official 11Exch creatives and copy.
Disclose their affiliation clearly, per Affiliate Disclosure.
Non-compliance may result in disqualification or account revocation.
14. Appeals & Fair Resolution
Users or affiliates who believe enforcement action was taken unfairly can appeal through the Grievance Redressal mechanism.
Each case is reviewed objectively within 10–15 business days by the Compliance Officer.
All resolutions are transparent and logged under the Transparency Report.
15. Collaboration with Law Enforcement
In serious cases involving fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity, 11Exch will:
Share verified user details with authorities under the Legal Policy.
Cooperate with cybercrime and financial investigation agencies.
Retain necessary logs and proof for investigation.
All actions comply with the IT Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023.

We regularly educate users and partners on ethical practices through:
